Linn Cary Mehta

English Adaptation and Translation   Linn Cary Mehta has taught English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University, Yale College, Vassar College, and Barnard College, where she is currently Lecturer in English. She earned her Ph.D. from Columbia University in 2004 and an MA from Oxford University and BA from Yale College. She was an Assistant Program Officer at the Education and Culture Program at the Ford Foundation, and is on several not-for-profit boards, including that of the Center for Traditional Music and Dance. She is a literary consultant to ID Studio Theater, has published poetry, and is preparing a book on “Poetry and Decolonization, 1920-1950,” and an anthology of North and South American literature.
